  • Internal sleeve couplers and flush elbows utilize high-tolerance spigot fits secured with high-strength structural adhesive or countersunk set-screws. This eliminates on-site hot work permits, weld burn marks, and labor-intensive grinding and polishing on pre-finished stainless steel tubes.

  • Flush elbows insert entirely inside the tube ends, creating a seamless, uninterrupted architectural corner flush with the outer pipe surface. Socket elbows slip over the outside of the pipe ends, providing higher mechanical shear engagement and easily accommodating slight cut-length errors.

  • Connectors featuring spherical ball joints and pivoting hinge mechanisms allow continuous angle adjustment across horizontal turns and vertical stair pitches, effortlessly resolving compound angles on custom architectural staircases.

  • Our standard connectors are engineered to fit architectural round tubes (Φ38.1mm / 1.5", Φ42.4mm, and Φ50.8mm / 2.0") with nominal wall thicknesses of 1.5mm (16 gauge) and 2.0mm (14 gauge).

  • Equal tees and 4-way cross fittings connect horizontal mid-rails directly to intermediate vertical baluster posts, establishing a rigid grid structure for commercial public barriers and architectural crowd control railings.
