System Engineering Overview

The Point-Fixed Glass Standoff System uses solid stainless steel pins. It mounts glass panels directly to the edge of concrete slabs, steel stringers, or timber beams.

By mounting to the side fascia, this system keeps 100% of the balcony deck open and clear. It creates a floating architectural look with excellent water drainage beneath the glass.

6-Step Mechanical Installation Brief

  1. Drill structural anchor holes along the balcony fascia edge.
  2. Anchor heavy threaded rods and standoff barrel bodies into the wall.
  3. Place elastomeric isolator washers over the threaded studs.
  4. Hoist glass panels into position aligning factory glass holes.
  5. Thread front standoff cap discs and tighten using pin wrenches.
