  • Structural base shoe tracks and U-channels typically support 1/2-inch (12.7mm) to 13/16-inch (21.52mm) PVB or SentryGlas (SGP) laminated tempered glass panels. SGP laminated interlayer glass is recommended for exterior commercial balconies because it maintains barrier rigidity even after breakage.

  • Our dry-glaze system replaces messy wet cement grout with rigid engineering-plastic wedge blocks and continuous EPDM rubber gasket strips. Installers insert and lock the wedges mechanically from inside the balcony, allowing rapid glass plumb alignment and simple panel replacement.

  • Extruded heavy-duty 6063-T6 aluminum base shoes provide high strength-to-weight performance and pre-engineered anchor bolt channels capable of handling high commercial bending moments.
