Standardized 6-Step Mechanical Erection SOP

SANON prefabricated stainless steel railing systems are engineered for 100% weld-free mechanical site assembly.

  1. Layout & Anchoring: Mark hole locations on concrete slab or timber joists using laser level guidance. Install expansion wedge anchors or lag bolts.
  2. Post & Spigot Erection: Mount structural posts or spigots, ensuring perpendicular plumbness using precision shims.
  3. Infill Placement: Slot glass panels into EPDM rubber isolators or run marine-grade T316 cables through pre-drilled post holes.
  4. Handrail Alignment: Secure top tube or cap rail using adjustable angle elbows and splines.
  5. Torque Locking: Tighten all mechanical set screws and swage turnbuckles to certified torque limits.
  6. Final Passivation Cleaning: Wipe down metal and glass surfaces with neutral cleaners to preserve surface integrity.
